The provider of our booking engine (HNS) has the following data privacy policy:

HotelNetSolutions GmbH (“HNS”) attaches great importance to protecting personal data. All personal data will be processed on servers located in Germany and not stored longer than necessary.

The HNS homepage does not place cookies. When this website is visited, statistical data about access (date, time, page visited, length of the visit, source URL, web browser used etc.) will be stored and evaluated to further improve the website. The IP number is not evaluated and no geo-analysis tool is used. Data are not transmitted to third parties, neither for commercial nor for non-commercial purposes.

HNS operates a booking system for hotels. When you make a booking at any of these hotels, your name, your address and payment details will be stored on behalf of the hotel you have chosen. Google Analytics is used there.

HNS will store your personal data for no purpose other than the processing requested by the hotel and not disclose your personal data to any third party.

With the exception of the tracking cookies, HNS will not store any cookies on your computer. To make booking easier for you, HNS will temporarily store the data you have provided in preparation of your booking within the HNS hotel booking system and for a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes after that. The temporary storage will allow you to move back and forth within the HNS hotel booking system without having to re-enter your travel details and your personal data when you return to a form you have previously completed.

Using state-of-the-art technology, HNS will implement all necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your customer data against loss, corruption and disclosure to unauthorised parties. Your personal data and all other information you transmit to this website will be encrypted using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer). You are welcome to contact our HNS data protection officer at info@hotelnetsolution.de for your questions regarding your personal data.

Links to other websites, use of cookies, Google Analytics and social plug-ins

  1. Hyperlinks

The website www.legere-hotels-online.com links websites of other providers (third parties) that are not affiliated to us. If you click on any of these links, www.legere-hotels-online.com no longer has any influence on which data will be collected and used by these providers. For details on data collection and use, see the data privacy statement of the respective provider. Since, naturally, the collection and processing of data by third parties is beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for this.

  1. Cookies

We use cookies on our website to make its design appealing and enable the use of certain functions.

Cookies are text files which the user’s browser stores on the user’s computer temporarily or permanently. Temporary cookies guarantee the consistency of a communication process. Permanent cookies are used to recognise a user. For example, a permanent cookie is used when the user selects the function ‘Keep me logged in on this computer’. Using a cookie, the website will then recognise that this is the same computer that shall be logged in automatically when the page is accessed again at a later time.

You can decide yourself whether or not your browser will use cookies. All browsers have a function to deactivate or delete cookies. In this case, however, functions that require recognition of the computer will not be available or be restricted. The functionality of the website is hence impaired if cookies are deactivated. Among other things, the possibility to log on as a user may be restricted.

  1. Google Analytics

We use the web analysis tool Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., a company registered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). www.welcome-hotels.com uses Google Analytics only with the function ‘anonymizeIP’. This function removes the last octet of the IP address. This makes it absolutely impossible for anyone to reliably identify your internet connection. Individual assignment is, therefore, impossible also for that reason. Google Analytics uses cookies (cookies see above at letter b) that enable an analysis of your usage of the website www.welcome-hotels.com. The information generated by the cookie about your visit to www.welcome-hotels.com (time of your visit and the referencing sources, details on the system configurations and your provider, including your shortened IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google will use the information mentioned above to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports for us on the website activities and to provide other services associated with the use of the website and the internet. Also, Google may transmit this information to third parties if this is required by law or if a third party processes these data on behalf of Google. In no event will Google connect your IP address with other Google data.

For more information on Google Inc. and Google Analytics see: (http://www.google.com). Google’s data privacy policy is available at: www.google.com/intl/de/privacypolicy.html

You can prevent the acceptance of new cookies by making appropriate settings in your browser (see above at letter b). In addition to this, you may at any time object to the collection, storage and use of data by Google Analytics. To object to the collection of data by Google Analytics and to deactivate Google Analytics, you need to have a browser add-on. The add-on tells the JavaScript of Google Analytics that you do not wish information about your website visit to be transmitted to Google Analytics. You need to download and install the add-on. More information about how to deactivate Google Analytics and further information about how to download the add-on can be found at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The web analysis will remain deactivated until the Google add-on is deactivated or deleted. Therefore, please do not delete the add-on while you do not wish the web analysis to be performed. The add-on needs to be installed for each browser and for each computer. Therefore, if you use different browsers to visit www.welcome-hotels.com, you need to install the add-on on each of these.

  1. Facebook

Facebook is a social network of the American company Facebook, Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA). Facebook buttons are always marked with the Facebook logo. Depending on the kind of the button, additional features may be shown (e.g. ‘Like’ or ‘Share’). When you surf www.welcome-hotels.com and visit one of our websites that contains a Facebook button, your browser will establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers and the button will be loaded from there. When this happens, the information is transmitted to Facebook that the respective www.legere-hotels-online.com page has been accessed.

If at the same time you are logged on to Facebook, your visit to the page may also be assigned to your profile. If you click on an embedded Facebook button and after that log on to Facebook (or are already logged on), the information ‘clicked on’ or ‘shared’ will be published in your profile in short form. In this way, Facebook may collect and store additional usage data. This means that user profiles may be created on Facebook that go beyond what you yourself wish to disclose on Facebook.

More information about data collection and processing and your rights relating to this is provided in the Facebook data privacy policy published at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

Disclosure of personal data

Your personal data will be disclosed only as set out in this data privacy policy or to the extent the purpose of the contract requires this, you have given your express consent or this is permitted by law. For example, we may disclose your data to the bank commissioned or the payment service provider used to handle your payment.

Data security

We use technical and organisational protective measures to guarantee that the users’ personal data are protected against loss, incorrect change and unauthorised access by third parties. Furthermore, at any rate only authorised persons at our company have access to your personal data and only to the extent this is necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

Certain sensitive data are encrypted prior to transmission. We use the so-called ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) transmission. All information transmitted with this secure method is encrypted before it is sent to us. The security server software encrypts your personal data, such as name and address, by converting them into a code. In this way, these data cannot be read by any unauthorised party when they are transmitted via the internet. Most newer browsers already support this secure transmission method.

All employees and vicarious agents of FIBONA GmbH that handle personal data are sworn to data secrecy.

Erasure and blocking of data

Upon termination and completed processing of the contract, your data will be blocked for further use and, on expiry of any applicable tax and commercial law requirements, erased, unless you have given your consent to the further use of your data.

Information and correction

On written request or a request by email (address see Section 8), FIBONA GmbH will provide information promptly and without charge about the data stored about the enquiring person. At the user’s option, the information will be provided electronically or in writing. Before providing this information, FIBONA GmbH may insist that documents be sent that prove the identity and authenticity of the enquiring person.

Revocation of your consent

If you have given your consent to the use of your personal data, you can at any time revoke your consent with future effect.

Please send your questions, application for information or revocation of consent to the following address:
